The funding instrument "Flagship Initiative"
The funding instrument provides specific incentives, through given topics, to address issues that are of particular interest for the future well-being of the country and require new solutions and business models.
A Flagship consists of closely linked and interdependent subprojects and is submitted by a consortium of several research and implementation partners from different disciplines.
The application process is competitive and will be a 2-step procedure : pre-proposal and proposal. The submission of a pre-proposal is mandatory to be eligible to submit a proposal.
